Supply Chain Specialist

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Specialist to manage and optimize our supply chain operations. The role involves coordinating procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain performance. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of supply chain processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners. Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization. Coordinate with internal teams such as production, sales, and finance to align supply chain activities with business needs. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure on-time fulfillment of orders. Prepare reports and dashboards on supply chain performance and KPIs. Support implementation of supply chain systems, tools, and automation initiatives. Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and procurement practices. Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and supply chain management software. Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and trends. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
