Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced B2B Sales Supervisor to lead and oversee our business-to-business sales team. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate should have proven leadership skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to coach and motivate a sales team toward success. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the B2B sales team. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue goals. Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present results to senior management. Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with key business clients and partners. Support team members in identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance evaluations for the sales team. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to drive growth. Handle escalations and ensure excellent customer satisfaction across all client accounts. Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and developing sales team members. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus). 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
