Your Role: Implement and integrate new technologies to support and expand Salesforce Service Cloud and connected third-party applications. Lead end-to-end implementations of Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud across multiple countries in APAC, ensuring regulatory and program compliance. Provide strategic guidance on PSP matters across multiple workstreams, including SDLC, development best practices, testing methodologies, governance, and project management. Review code developed by team members; provide mentorship and hands-on technical leadership to ensure code quality and maintainable solutions. Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines and release management tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset); promote agile delivery frameworks to streamline releases. Identify and deliver opportunities for business process optimization; lead projects to implement workflow improvements and efficiency gains. Engineer and manage multi-system integrations (REST APIs, MuleSoft, batch jobs) to ensure seamless data flows, enhanced user experience, and cost optimization while maintaining high-quality client outcomes. Design adaptable, scalable Salesforce multi-cloud solutions (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, ERP, and external vendor systems) with robust data management and security considerations. Build and nurture strong local, regional, and global partnerships across Business Technology teams to align priorities and ensure consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to implement best-practice solutions and accelerate digital transformation. Lead regional and global partnerships to align enterprise-wide Salesforce processes with localized Marketing Cloud campaigns. Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, risk-taking, and openness to new perspectives. Drive business process optimization initiatives (e.g., case routing automation, duplicate management, patient journey automation) with measurable efficiency improvements (target 30–40%). Who are you: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s preferred. 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience; 3+ years in a senior/lead capacity. Proven track record implementing Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud, including multi-region deployments. Strong experience with Salesforce integration technologies (REST APIs, MuleSoft, SOAP, ETL processes) and data architecture. Expertise in CI/CD, release management, and DevOps practices; hands-on with Copado or Gearset. Solid understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies (unit, integration, end-to-end), and governance across multiple teams. Experience designing scalable, multi-cloud architectures integrating ERP systems and external vendors. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in healthcare contexts (data privacy, security, compliance) across multiple regions. Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce App Builder, CRM Tech Architect) are a plus. Experience with data migration, data quality, deduplication, and master data management. Knowledge of UX considerations and accessibility best practices in enterprise apps. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
