About the Opportunity We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Gepps Cross Distribution Centre and play a key role in leading our frontline team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for bringing people together, setting the standard and making sure the operation runs safely, efficiently and on time. You don’t need to be someone who sits behind a desk. We’re looking for a leader who is visible on the floor, builds genuine relationships with their team, tackles challenges head-on and knows how to get the best out of people. Working Hours : Core shifts vary between Monday to Friday, 4:00 AM – 7:00 PM Occasional Saturday work may be required, but only on an as-needed basis If you’re an experienced warehouse or logistics leader who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating a high-performing team, we’d love to hear from you!
