About the Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen in the marketing team at Total Tools as a Local Area Marketing Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who has built strong foundations in their marketing career and is ready to broaden their experience across local area marketing, CRM systems, EDMs and campaign delivery within a national retail business. Working closely with stores, designers and internal stakeholders, you'll play a key role in bringing marketing campaigns to life across our national store network while continuing to develop your skills across multiple marketing channels. This is a 6-month fixed term, part-time position (4 days per week) and is based across our Port Melbourne and Heatherton National Support Offices. What you'll be doing Coordinate and deliver local area marketing campaigns across our national store network. Build and execute EDM, SMS and local area marketing campaigns. Work closely with stores to gather information, coordinate approvals and support campaign delivery. Collaborate with designers and internal stakeholders to develop campaign assets and marketing materials. Maintain the Local Area Marketing calendar and help ensure projects are delivered on time. Assist with campaign reporting and identify opportunities to improve future marketing activity. Provide day-to-day marketing support to stores and the broader marketing team. You're Likely a Match If You Have Experience in a marketing, communications or campaign focused role. A marketing qualification or relevant tertiary studies. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a willingness to work with a wide range of stakeholders. Experience in retail or franchise, would be highly regarded. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and a genuine passion for marketing.
