Category Manager

About the Opportunity We're looking for a Category Manager to join Total Tools on a 12-month fixed-term contract, leading an established category within our Merchandise team. In this role, you'll take ownership of category performance across range, pricing, promotions and supplier management, helping to deliver strong commercial outcomes and a compelling offer for our customers. You'll work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, introduce new products, and drive category growth. This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of a category while working within a collaborative team environment. It's well suited to a commercially minded Category Manager who enjoys balancing supplier relationships, data-driven decision making, and hands-on category management. This role is based across our Port Melbourne and Heatherton National Support Offices.
