SAP Business Consultant

./51/LP / 上海奉贤 Your Contribution As SAP Business Consultant, you will be involved in SAP S/4 HANA rollout projects in Global/ and Asian sites. You will play a key role in business process analysis, project implementation and go-live support. After project go-live, as internal SAP expert, you will be the key role for SAP evolution in MAHLE. Participate in global SAP S/4HANA rollout projects and implement the MAHLE global template across Asia/China entities according to the project plan. Work closely with business users, the global template team, and IT deployment teams to analyze requirements and deliver SAP solutions. Deeply study the global template, implementation methodology and follow the implementation methodology to complete relevant project tasks, such as gap analysis, data migration, testing, training, communication with template team. Flexibly learn and take ownership of different SAP functional areas based on project requirements, which could be SD, MM, PP, QM, or AM. Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams to resolve issues, support change management, and ensure effective SAP adoption after go-live. Your Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of SAP implementation experience. Hands-on experience in at least one SAP module (SD, MM, or PP); full lifecycle implementation experience is required. Good understanding of manufacturing business processes. Willingness to learn and support additional SAP modules, which could be MM, SD, PP, QM, or AM. Excellent written and spoken English; Korean language skills would be preferred. Willingness to travel as required.
