Manager HSE (m/f/d)

Your Contribution As Manager HSE (m/f/d) , you will be responsible for the comprehensive management and continuous development of occupational health, safety and environmental activities as well as the associated management systems at the site. Responsibility for advising and supporting employees, managers and plant management on all HSE-related matters Further development and maintenance of the integrated management systems in accordance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and EMAS Evaluation, implementation and monitoring of compliance with internal and external occupational health, safety and environmental requirements Responsibility for communication and coordination with authorities, professional associations, insurance providers and internal corporate functions Conducting risk assessments, inspections, meetings, accident analyses, machine acceptances, substance evaluations and other activities within the scope of the Health and Safety Specialist function Analysis and visualization of occupational accidents and HSE key performance indicators, preparation of reports and initiation of improvement measures Coordination and supervision of internal and external HSE representatives as well as constructive collaboration with all stakeholders involved in occupational health, safety and environmental protection Your Experience and Qualifications Completed degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences or a comparable technical or scientific field Qualification as a Health and Safety Specialist in accordance with § 7 ASiG Experience with ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 management systems and/or knowledge of additional environmental and occupational health and safety management systems Experience in the field of machine safety Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, standards and requirements related to environmental protection and occupational health and safety Structured, analytical and results-oriented working style High level of personal responsibility, assertiveness and strong communication and facilitation skills across all organizational levels Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Good command of English language skills #TeamMAHLE is diverse and we see that as a great advantage!
