Entity - Mahle Aftermarket Designation – Regional Manager – Sales (South Region) Location – Bangalore Role Overview The Regional Sales Manager for the South Region will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and the ability to build lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Your Contribution Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals. Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets for the region. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure achievement of targets. Team Leadership Lead, motivate, and manage the regional sales team to maximize productivity. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training. Recruit and onboard new sales team members as needed. Market Development Identify market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive threats. Network Expansion in White Spots and strengthen relationships with key accounts. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance regional sales efforts. Customer Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly. Reporting & Compliance Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Your Experience and Qualification B.E./B.Tech Mechanical/ Post Graduate in Business Development & Marketing, or related field. Minimum 08-12 years of experience in sales management, preferably in Engine Component/Automobiles sectors. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
