Technical Field Support Northern Germany (m/f/d)

Your Contribution As a Technical Field Support Representative for Northern Germany (m/f/d) , you will provide professional technical support to workshops and distribution partners across the Northern Germany region (including Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Lower Saxony, etc.). Through your expertise, you will strengthen MAHLE’s technical competence and market presence. Conduct regular field visits to present our products and services Plan and deliver technical training sessions, factory tours, and product presentations Provide on-site technical support, including troubleshooting and the assessment of customer complaints and warranty claims Support the Sales team at customer events, trade fairs, and technical formats such as MAHLE Techtalks Develop and continuously improve technical training and information materials Systematically document all activities in the CRM system Collect and share market and competitor intelligence, as well as customer feedback Build and maintain long-term relationships with workshops, wholesalers, and educational institutions Your Experience and Qualifications Successfully completed a technical vocational qualification, ideally as a Master Automotive Mechatronics Technician or an equivalent qualification Several years of experience in the automotive industry, ideally in a technical field service role Strong technical knowledge, preferably within the automotive aftermarket environment Excellent presentation and communication skills in both German and English High customer focus, ability to work independently, and a confident professional demeanor Good IT skills, particularly in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Valid Class B driving license and willingness to travel extensively (approximately 4 days per week) Residence in Northern Germany is preferred, or willingness to relocate to the region #TeamMAHLE is diverse and we see that as a great advantage!
