Your Contribution You will play a key role in driving manufacturing excellence by improving production processes, optimizing resources, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality. Conduct motion and time studies, line balancing, and workflow optimization initiatives. Design and optimize plant layouts, material flow, and production routing processes. Support continuous improvement projects following Lean Manufacturing and global manufacturing standards. Drive cost reduction, waste elimination, and operational excellence activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production performance and achieve business objectives. Your Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field. Experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or production improvement activities. Knowledge of Motion & Time Study, process improvement, and productivity enhancement techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD. Experience with SAP and work center creation is an advantage. Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Continuous Improvement methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Good command of English & Thai, both written and spoken. Willingness to work on-site at MAHLE Siam Filter Systems Co., Ltd. – Kingkaew 33, Samut Prakan. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
