Your Contribution: Conducting potential supplier audits in accordance with VDA 6.3 Developing suppliers during their onboarding to the MAHLE supplier panel Ensuring compliance regarding component and process development within projects Collaborating with other departments involved in component development projects Developing and maintaining the project quality assurance strategy in line with the component development process Adapting methods and guidelines to maximize project benefits and ensure compliance Analyzing and evaluating component and process data during the development phase Developing a quality plan addressing the quality of supplied components and executed processes Ensuring regular project checks based on customer requirements, project complexity, component maturity, and project type, within a clearly defined framework Ensuring the execution of quality checks within the project (work package reviews, design reviews, process compliance checks) Leading problem-solving approaches within the project; Reports risks, deviations, and project status to management Escalates deviations as necessary Conducts final assessments of component and process maturity and provides feedback to management Continuously improves the component development process—along with associated tools, methods, and guidelines—to ensure maximum project benefit and compliance Documents and shares best practices and lessons learned Communicates with customers regarding quality-related requirements and achievements Onboards new team members Raises awareness of development process performance and fosters a culture of quality Your Experience & Qualifications: BA degree in Engineering, Manufacturing technologies, or construction Work experience in similar positions – up to 5 years in the Quality department English Language - B2 level VDA 6.3 license MS Office, SAP (would be a +) Communication skills – negotiation Knowledge of quality standards and business processes Our Offer: We provide a stimulating work environment with exciting assignments, along with continuous opportunities for personal and professional development. That number is real. WorkMundi's database shows 144,883 open engineer roles across the world. India has the most with 31,687 jobs, followed by the United States with 30,084. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one. Name the tools, the deadline pressure, and what you learned. Hiring managers listen for whether you see problem-solving as part of the role itself, not a favour.
