Logistics Project Specialist Deployment

Your Contribution; The Logistics Project Specialist Deployment is responsible to lead the on-boarding process with suppliers during the deployment phase of the introduction of SAP HANA and TCP for MAHLE plants and supplier in the region. During this deployment phase they are responsible for all relevant tasks from supplier information to final release of introduction and hand over to SAP systems support / plant. This includes cooperation with MAHLE plants, external IT partners, suppliers and the implementation of improvements to internal processes. Support supplier onboarding activities for the regional rollout of a global Transport Collaboration Platform, including supplier analysis and segmentation, with a strong focus on communication and engagement Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and IT partners within a global project team, supporting project planning, coordination, and alignment across interfaces Utilize strong system understanding and data skills to assist with onboarding, including data preparation, supplier data validation, reporting, and tracking of onboarding progress and compliance Contribute to onboarding strategy execution (e.g., project plans, go-live coordination, communication and escalation processes) and support the continuous improvement of newly implemented processes and standards Your Experience & Qualifications; Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university preferred, or equivalent related experience Ability to identify and solve problems, to work within deadlines with a high attention to detail, and to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic environment Strong business acumen and the ability to influence and develop strong working relationships with colleagues, senior level management and/or executives, vendors, suppliers, etc. Experience with supplier onboarding processes is a strong advantage Ability to training others to understand our processes and supervise them how to use the system Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation delivery Advanced experience with SAP R3 / S4 materials management (MM) module and/or cross-functional processes required Our Offer: We will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with ongoing personal & career development opportunities, attractive salary & extensive personal benefits.
