Your Contribution As Legal Counsel for M&A & Finance (m/f/d) , you are responsible for the legal structuring and execution of national and international corporate transactions (M&A), the establishment of joint ventures, venture capital deals, group financing, as well as internal reorganizations. This includes providing comprehensive advice, including analyses and coordination with relevant stakeholders Independent drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, as well as responsibility for post-M&A advisory services and legal support of post-merger integration Function as an in-house expert for all questions relating to corporate, contract, and commercial law Independent participation in interdisciplinary projects, as well as close collaboration with specialist departments, project management, and executive management Your Experience and Qualifications Completed studies in law with above-average exam results (fully qualified lawyer) Several years of professional experience in the field of M&A, ideally in a company or a business-oriented law firm Sound knowledge of corporate and commercial law International experience in an English-speaking country is an advantage Structured and diligent working style, as well as the ability to maintain an overview even in complex situations Strong communication skills, ability to integrate, and team orientation Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken #TeamMAHLE is diverse and we see that as a great advantage!
