Senior Operator - Assembly

Your contribution: Ability to perform multiple assembly operations on the production line. Read and follow drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Comply with written and verbal instructions. Maintain equipment by performing daily TPM and 5S activities. Provide support or substitute for other employees when needed. Manage materials on the production line – ensure the line is fully supplied with all necessary materials as required. Promote and contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing process losses. Ensure smooth material flow throughout the production process. Inspect parts and assemblies according to prescribed criteria, standards, and required frequency. Detect and resolve irregularities in work equipment (tools, operating methods, machine wear parts, etc.). Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor or team leader within the area. Your qualifications and experience: Education level: Lower vocational education (2-year program). Work experience: Minimum 2 years of operational experience. Language skills: English – A1 (basic level). Computer skills: Basic computer literacy. Understanding of relevant technologies. Ability to work in a team. Independence and proactivity.
