Position Description Airedale IAQ is seeking a responsible and driven Regional Sales Manager to manage our representative sales network in the NE United States and Eastern Canada. The Airedale IAQ brand is comprised of configurable and Engineered HVAC products. The Regional Manager is responsible for the development of existing and new business relationships with independent sales representatives, specifying engineers, architects and mechanical contractors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC sales and experience managing an independent representative network, with proven success in managing relationships, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic sales initiatives. Territory supports: Northeast United States Product resources: IAQ Resources - Airedale Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy Own and execute sales strategy to achieve top-line revenue growth and profitability targets. Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the rep network. Recruit, onboard, and coach independent sales representatives. Develop and implement sales processes and reporting for forecasting and pipeline management. Market Development Expand market share by building relationships with reps, specifying engineers, architects, mechanical contractors, and end users. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic accounts. Represent Airedale IAQ at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings. Technical Sales & Support Prepare technical proposals and quotes in collaboration with local reps. Match customer requirements to product solutions. Serve as a technical liaison between customers and internal engineering/product teams. Provide input to product development based on market feedback and competitive intelligence. Cross-Functional Collaboration Provide accurate and timely forecasting to Sales, Operations and Service Works cross-functionally to develop product and process improvements that drive increased customer value Ensures compliance with state, local and Federal legal requirements Work closely with engineering, operations, and finance to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery alignment. Champion product improvements and communicate customer needs to internal teams Required Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 5 or more years of HVAC/ related industry sales experience. Proven success in selling commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving and strategy development Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms. Ability to travel extensively (50–60%) in the assigned territory, U.S. and Canada. Why Choose Modine?
