We are looking for a Technical project manager for our Lead Design Engineering departament in Erd. Join our team and lead impactful technical projects from concept to implementation! Responsibilities: Develop and manage project plans (resources, schedule, costs) and implement corrective actions when needed; Coordinate risk analyses, change evaluations, and negotiations with internal/external stakeholders; Ensure project budget and indicators are met; prepare reports, documentation, and presentations; Act as the interface between project leaders, departments, customers, and suppliers; Define project organization, select team members, and provide technical leadership; Plan, implement, and approve equipment/prototype/testing units in line with requirements and standards; Create requirements/ specification manuals and perform calculations for bids, cost comparisons, and equipment concepts. Requirements: Bachelor Degree in a technical field; 3 to 5 years of experience in similar position- Automotive industry; Experience working with equipment/prototype implementation is a plus. Fluent in English and Hungarian (German is a plus); Very good communication skills, ability to take initiative and make decisions. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
