The Sales Manager is the main responsible for the excellent implementation of the brand’s sales strategies and aims to maximise profits through developing sales strategies that match customer requirements and promoting products. This role accomplishes business development activities by implementing sales plans. Tasks & responsibilities Support of the forecasting process by providing analysis of the development of the orders according to the growth on the market Analysis of the structure of the collection and identification of needs for the Italian market Implementation of the brand’s strategy in the assigned market Meeting of sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements Development of the sales strategic plans and programs designed for growth and profitability in the assigned markets Maintainance of direct relationships with key accounts and dealers Coordination of the implementation of all trade concepts & levels Coordination of the realization of POS-POP material Promotion of the assigned brands organising events and product exhibitions Support and development of first class sales force and service level in the region Opening of new business opportunities evaluating market trends and competitor activities Profile 5+ years of experience in a sales position, preferably within a distribution company is required Proactive, self-starter individual with natural leadership and communication skills Operational, hands on mentality, the ideal candidate is distinguished by a high level of energy and a “can do” attitude In depth knowledge and understanding of the sales and marketing processes Strong customer focus and knowledge of consumer branding, communication and promotional techniques Good numeric and negotiation skills Strong commercial knowledge Excellent Italian & English skills Willingness to travel on a regular basis Workplace: Bolzano, IT Annual Gross Base Salary Range: 50.000€ - 60.000€ + additional target bonus of 5-10% of base salary Compensation for this role is based on skills, experience, qualifications, and job-related responsibilities.
