工作目的 二手车评估师应协助二手车经理进行外观和技术评估，以及评估维修和整备的成本和时间，以实现易手车的年度目标。 职责 1.协助易二手车经理确保评估快速平稳地完成，包括计划和指导采购价格和销售价格的制定，以实现易手车的年度目标; 2.完成易手车评估 (包括保时捷易手车和非保时捷易手车); 3.在客户投诉的情况下为销售团队和售后团队提供支持。 要求 1.大专及以上学历； 2.3年以上二手车评估工作经验，高端品牌优先； 3.熟悉二手车市场及相关政策； 4.良好的沟通能力和谈判技巧，优秀的客户服务意识，抗压能力强，目标结果导向； 5.对工作充满热情，在工作中保持高度的专业性和可靠性。
