Position Summary: The Analyst, Regional Marketing supports the execution of JetBlue's regional marketing strategy across focus cities and key markets, reporting to the Senior Manager, Regional Marketing. This role provides operational, administrative, and event support for regional marketing initiatives by assisting with sponsorship activations, partnership fulfillment, budget administration, hospitality management, and community engagement efforts. The Analyst collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure marketing programs are executed efficiently while supporting JetBlue's brand presence and customer engagement in local markets. Essential Responsibilities: Support the execution of regional marketing initiatives across assigned focus cities and key markets, including sponsorship activations, community partnerships, events, and local marketing programs. Coordinate regional marketing events, activations, hospitality programs, and inaugural celebrations by partnering with internal teams, agency partners, venues, and external organizations, while providing on-site operational and logistical support as needed. Serve as the day-to-day support contact for assigned regional marketing partners, assisting with partnership fulfillment, contractual asset delivery, hospitality inventory, travel certificate administration, and routine partner requests. Manage regional marketing budgets by processing invoices, tracking expenses, reconciling budgets, and preparing financial and performance reports. Support community engagement initiatives and regional events by coordinating logistics with Corporate Communications, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Government Affairs, Airports, Corporate Security, and other cross-functional teams. Maintain partnership fulfillment trackers, activation calendars, contracts, budgets, event documentation, hospitality inventory, and marketing records to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and fulfillment of contractual obligations. Coordinate creative asset requests and project timelines in partnership with Brand, Creative Studio, Paid Media, and other internal stakeholders. Prepare event recaps, photography summaries, partnership performance reports, customer engagement metrics, and internal communications highlighting regional marketing activities. Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Procurement, Corporate Communications, Government Affairs, Brand, Loyalty, Product Marketing, Customer Support, and other cross-functional teams to execute regional marketing initiatives and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous related work experience. Two (2) years of experience in marketing, partnership marketing, event marketing, sponsorship activation, communications, hospitality, or related field. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders across cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience managing budgets, invoices, purchase orders, or financial tracking. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments and external partners. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word. Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities. Available for occasional overnight travel (10–20%). Ability to work evenings and weekends as required to support events and activations. Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located. Authorization to work in the U.S. is required, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Preferred Experience and Qualifications: Familiarity with JetBlue’s loyalty programs. Experience supporting regional or local marketing events. Crewmember Expectations: Regular attendance and punctuality. Potential need to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events and activations. Available to respond on short notice when business needs arise. Able to maintain a professional appearance. When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft.
