Your Role Oversee daily MPF operations, including member onboarding, contributions, investment directives, transfers, and withdrawals, ensuring precision and adherence to established digital workflows. Prepare and streamline meeting materials for internal and external engagements, facilitating effective follow-ups to ensure optimal coordination. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for our systems, pinpointing issues and collaborating with tech teams to enhance system functionality. Tackle ad-hoc projects and tasks with agility and a proactive mindset, embracing challenges as opportunities for improvement. To Succeed in this Role Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply! 1-3 years of experience in the pension or financial sectors is advantageous but not essential. A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent blend of education and experience is preferred. Strong interest in digital tools and technologies, and experience in in-house system migration projects would be an advantage. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English at a business level is essential.
