Assistant Billing Officer

Your role: The successful candidate will develop their career in a specialised professional team of the Group Finance Department of a giant group of companies having a wide spectrum of business in Hong Kong. S/He will: Participate in internal control on accurate, timely & efficient billing with proper compliance with applicable policies, procedures and regulations Handle daily billing operations and liaise with internal parties Recommend alternatives to supervisors on improving the existing systems and procedures Prepare operation statistics and reports for management review Support ad-hoc assignments To succeed in this role: Holder of higher diploma / degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or other related discipline with 1 year relevant working experience Self-motivated, analytical and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Committed team player Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Fast learners with less working experience (or fresh graduate) may also be considered.
