WORK MODEL Field WHAT YOU WILL DO Develop and implement process, systems, and organization. Work with national accounts, fleet management companies, and regions to achieve sales goals for commercial fleet. Develop sales strategy and deliver objective for sales in Commercial and Government space. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Lead a team of Commercial Sales Managers to achieve annual corporate sales goals at authorized profit levels. Lead the development of alternate sales channels with dealers, Fleet Management companies, Leasing companies and others. Develop an annual national plan for achieving sales goals for corporate sales. Grow the Hyundai Business Network program and Dealer footprint. Manage the Nexus Develop program and Business Development managers. Foster and improve customer relationships with fleet management companies. Establish a service and customer experience communication and escalation process. Develop sales strategy to grow EV sales for the Fleet channel and land large EV fleet accounts. Position has authority to sell units within parameters set by Fleet Executive Director WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree a plus. Ten or more years of experience with at least eight years of directly related experience in the automotive industry. Commercial fleet experience highly desired. Three years of supervisory experience desired. Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and QMF helpful. Outstanding interpersonal skill set. High performance in fast paced environment. Network Development skills required. WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU Compensation Range: $149,800 - $214,000 Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance) Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.
