WHAT YOU WILL DO This position will be responsible for supporting Genesis Sales Operations through multiple task such as: Distribution Logistics, Distributor Inquiries/Requests, Rundown Reports and Inventory Management, Factory Relations, Forecasting, data analysis/reporting. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Operations, this individual will administer critical day to day activities, ensuring efficient processes are developed and maintained as growth targets are achieved. This individual will be expected to multi task within a high paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service for internal and external partners. This position will require strong interpersonal skills and cross functional skill to manage relations with different departments. • Serve as the primary liaison with logistics partners, overseeing daily transportation activities, expedited orders, reporting requirements, and delivery timeline management. • Lead monthly production order prioritization and allocation activities, collaborating closely with manufacturing and factory stakeholders to align supply with market demand. • Support vehicle ordering and supply planning processes through analysis of sales performance, market trends, and inventory requirements. • Manage Genesis vehicle inventory strategy in Canada, ensuring an optimal balance between vehicle availability, inventory health, and sales objectives. • Oversee end-to-end vehicle distribution logistics in partnership with the Distribution team and third-party service providers, ensuring timely and efficient vehicle delivery. • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Distribution, and Regional Operations teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that support business objectives. • Act as the primary point of contact for Genesis Distributors on matters related to inventory management, transportation logistics, and SAP process administration. • Analyze sales performance, market dynamics, and regional trends to generate actionable insights and support the development of sales, pricing, and incentive strategies. • Develop, enhance, and maintain weekly and monthly sales and operational reporting, leveraging multiple internal and external data sources to drive informed decision-making. • Support new vehicle launches and model year transitions, coordinating inventory, production, and distribution activities to ensure successful market introductions. • Create, review, and distribute incentive program communications, bulletins, and operational updates to retailers, field teams, and financial service partners. • Produce regular sales and inventory forecasts to support production planning, inventory optimization, and business performance management. • Monitor and report on aged inventory performance, identifying opportunities to improve inventory turnover and reduce inventory risk. • Manage the Genesis Corporate Demonstrator vehicle program, including allocation, utilization, and lifecycle planning. • Oversee vehicle pre-order fulfillment strategies, managing inventory flow and ensuring depositor prioritization is executed in accordance with program guidelines. • Support Digital Business Operations initiatives through administration and continuous improvement of Salesforce and Genesis at Home platforms, enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT Completion of an undergraduate degree …or an equivalent combination of experience and education 5+ years of relevant experience in same or similar function with automotive experience being desirable. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE • Performs well under pressure. • Analytical and problem solving skills. • Ability to learn on the fly and manage complex mathematical calculations. • Strategic mindset to support business growth objectives. • Proven track record for driving for results. • Customer focused approach. • Works well in a team environment. • Experience working cross-functionally with other departments. • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation skills. • French oral and written skills preferred but not mandatory. • Experience in project management would be an asset. • Advanced Excel Skills. • Experience with SAP or other enterprise software to manage business operations.
