Due to the dynamic growth of our company, we are looking for three individuals to join our new agricultural farm in Magnuszowice near Opole (Poland) as: Agricultural Machinery Mechanic/ Operator Field Operations Team Leader / Agricultural Machinery Operator Join KWS and help create solutions that shape the future of agriculture! Key Responsibilities (Mechanic / Operator): Operate agricultural machinery and vehicles, including tractors, combines, loaders, and forklifts, in accordance with your qualifications and certifications. Perform field operations related to sowing, crop maintenance, and harvesting, and support field trial activities. Diagnose faults, carry out repairs and maintenance, and oversee the technical condition of machinery, equipment, and vehicles. Apply knowledge of agricultural machinery design and operating principles while ensuring proper and cost-effective use. Maintain order, safety, and equipment condition, and comply with health and safety regulations, including when working with crop protection products and at heights above 3 meters. Flexibly combine operator and mechanic duties depending on the farm’s operational needs. Requirements: Vocational, secondary, or agricultural education; a technical or mechanical background is considered an advantage. Practical experience working on a farm and performing field operations. Category B and T driving licenses and authorization to operate agricultural machinery and vehicles. Combine harvester, forklift, telescopic loader, and welding certifications are considered an advantage. Training or certification for the use of plant protection products is desirable. Very good command of the Polish language. Personal and Organizational Competencies: Independence, responsibility, accuracy, and reliability in performing assigned tasks. Strong teamwork and communication skills, commitment, and initiative. Willingness to work shifts and weekends according to the farm schedule, especially during peak seasonal periods.
