Let's create impact beyond tomorrow What awaits you Drive LCS product sales across the assigned customer base, identifying high-potential projects and understanding customer expectations to maximize business opportunities Provide technical and commercial expertise throughout the tender and sales cycle — advising customers on equipment optimization and actively demonstrating LCS solutions Develop and execute regionally coordinated LCS sales strategies and action plans in line with Krones' global sales strategy Build and grow the customer base — maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts and proactively acquiring new customers through regular visits and engagement Own the sales pipeline end-to-end: forecast order intake, track opportunities, and initiate actions to achieve agreed sales targets Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM system (appointments, opportunities, potentials, client information) Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and lost-business reasons to continuously refine sales approach Consolidate and report sales figures, acting as the local point of contact for Krones AG on ad hoc queries and market/customer feedback Perform other duties as assigned by management Your Profile You contribute Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field More than 5 years in B2B technical sales, ideally within packaging, filling, or capital equipment machinery; experience selling service/spare parts (Life Cycle Service) is a strong plus Solid understanding of production/packaging line equipment and ability to translate technical specs into customer value Proven consultative/solution selling, pipeline forecasting, negotiation, and key account management Proficiency with CRM systems; strong reporting and Excel/PowerPoint skills Fluent English (written and spoken) Frequent regional travel required; strategic mindset with a hands-on, customer-facing approach; exposure to a multicultural-company culture is an advantage Your application Interested?
