Let's create impact beyond tomorrow What awaits you Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, establishing effective structures and role clarity to drive strategic business impact. Partner and consult the leadership team on organizational design, workforce planning, labor inquries and talent strategy. Oversee and ensure HR Service excellence and compliance in operations, payroll and employee inquiries. Define and execute the HR Strategy aligned with business objectives and the APAC/Global HR Strategy. Ensure compliance and proactively mitigate people-related risks in line with Thai labor laws and company governance. Oversee the recruiting strategy, execution and employer brand initiatives to ensure attraction of top talent. Define and implement learning and development strategies to build leadership capabilities and future skills. Drive talent management and succession planning to ensure leadership pipeline and organizational continuity. Prepare the short/mid-term strategic and qualitative workforce planning and monitore headcount budgets and personnel expenses on department level. Ensure competitive compensation and benefits structures and drive performance management processes aligned with business goals. Develop and regularly update the local job architecture, career paths and job descriptions. Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks in full compliance with Thai labor laws and aligned with regional/global governance. Lead and support internal/external audits Enhance the end-to-end employee experience across the entire lifecycle, from onboarding to development and retention. Drive HR’s positioning within the organization, ensuring clear, targeted, and impactful HR communication Leverage HR data and analytics to provide actionable insights, inform decision-making, and measure HR effectiveness.
