This role focuses on building relationships with healthcare providers, achieving sales targets, and delivering product education and training in clinical environments. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow territory sales, meeting or exceeding assigned quotas Conduct product demonstrations and in-service training for hospital and clinical staff Develop and execute strategic plans for target accounts Respond to leads, maintain customer relationships, and report sales activity Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conventions Collaborate with internal sales and support teams Manage territory expenses and company assets Work Environment: Highly field-based role (30–40+ hours/week traveling locally within ~100 miles) Frequent visits to hospitals, surgery centers, ERs, and physician offices Regular presence in clinical and procedural areas, including operating rooms Requires adherence to strict safety and infection-control protocols Requirements: Must reside within the New Orleans territory Ability to travel daily and work independently in a fast-paced medical sales environment This is an ideal opportunity for a results-driven sales professional with strong clinical customer engagement skills and a willingness to work extensively in the field.
