Your Mission • Ensure territory achieves sales target through planned activities and capitalizing on current and future market trends. • Generate sales quotations and prepare tender submissions by collaborating with the sales support staff • Maintain good networking with existing account • Achieve a good understanding of the medical field and the respective specialties and procedures. • Working closely with marketing team to launch new product portfolio and support marketing activities to leverage customer sales. • Gain a clear understanding of the customer’s business and requirements. • Responsible to maintain and/or increase market share by acquiring new accounts. • Responsible to handle customers’ enquiries and feedbacks efficiently and on timely basis by collaborating with technical service and operations team • Gather market intelligence and share it with the Sales and Marketing team. • Responsible for arranging and conducting trials, demos and other related activities which drives sales. • KOL management. Your Talents • Minimum local polytechnic Diploma qualification with excellent communication and presentation skills in English • Possess good interpersonal skills • Possess at least 8 years or more of local medical sales experiences depending on seniority • Knowledgeable with Microsoft applications like Outlook, Words, Excel and PowerPoint. • Prior experience with SalesForce.com is a plus • Self-starter, self-manager, self-motivator and a good team player. • A meticulous and analytical team player who has good business acumen and has the initiative to reverse an adverse situation or remain positive and open to criticism, feedback and on-going self- development. • Demonstrated commitment to completing assignments or objectives on time. • Willing and able to have a flexi work arrangement.
