Job Purpose Participates in engineering solutions as part of the Manufacturing Engineering function, in accordance with TechnipFMC standards, procedures, processes, schedules and budget, with a continuous concern for quality, targets, and customer satisfaction. General description of scope Performs with autonomy, in accordance with department and/or project instructions, schedules and processes requirements to Develop the production process to improve the performance standard, Establish new production processes ,Create production documentation, work instructions/Setup sheet , CNC program and/or routings. Main Accountabilities Performs with autonomy, in accordance with department and/or project instructions, schedules and processes requirements to: Create production documentation, such as, Setup sheet, CNC programs in NX CAM Software and routings. Verify programs in vericut. Create cutting tools in TDM. Develop the production process to improve the performance standard. Establish new production processes. Supervises less experienced engineering personnel by checking their calculations and engineering solutions and ensures quality and efficiency of deliverables. Review of drawings, part reports and procedures to ensure parts can be safely produced in the most effective and efficient manner possible. Provides Quality Notification disposition where required Required Knowledge/Formal Education Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline preferred or equivalent Required Experience More than 6+ years of relevant experience in CNC programming. Required Interpersonal Skills Good command of English Show evidence of good organizational and problem-solving skills Service/Customer oriented Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and project culture Required Technical Skills Strong basic knowledge in Manufacturing process. Good Knowledge of cutting tools, it’s parameters and their applications. Proficient on CAM (NX) or any other CAM tool and PLM Systems (TCE). Good knowledge of Vericut simulation and machine building. Good knowledge of Renishaw probe cycles and it’s uses in CNC programs. Good Knowledge Turn mill / WFL machines Basic understanding of postprocessor. Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles. Additional SAP knowledge will be helpful.
