At Excelitas Technologies you are how we EXCEL. X What you can expect: You will work with Global Operational Excellence on the local implementation of the Excelitas Operating System (EOS). Your responsibilities will include defining and implementing the site's Lean Six Sigma roadmap in accordance with the EOS framework. You will also lead strategic deployment meetings to align corporate strategy with the operational and functional teams. You will conduct Kaizen events, problem-solving workshops, and process optimization projects. Your responsibilities will also include coaching and mentoring managers, supervisors, and employees to build CI capabilities. You will track and report on CI project performance using key metrics (SQDCP: safety, quality, delivery, cost, employees). In your day-to-day work, you will collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, EHS, and Quality to achieve cross-functional improvements. Your profile: Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management, or a related field (master's degree preferred) At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing/operations, including at least 5 years in CI or lean leadership Proven expertise in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred) Strong skills in facilitation, coaching, and change management Experience leading cross-functional projects with measurable results Confident use of problem-solving, data analysis, and project management tools Very good written and spoken German and English skills Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer Minorities/Females/Disability/Gender Identity/Sexual Orientation Excelitas is seeking leaders and innovators to join our global team!
