Job Purpose: Responsible for Issuing work orders in accordance with the detailed monthly production plan for the main assembly lines, while making and issuing work orders for the detailed monthly production and loading plans for all production departments, then following up on the implementation of the production plans, starting with the dispensing of raw materials and components, passing through the various manufacturing stages and ending with obtaining the finished product at its targeted times, and working Daily, monthly and weekly production reports, clarifying the causes of the deficit, if any, and following up on the implementation of the compensatory and alternative production plans that are made in the event of deficits or in the event of predicting problems, issuing the required work orders for them, and preparing reports of deviations to the work orders at the end of each month. Job Responsibilities: Works orders are issued to the manufacturing and production departments, work centers, and the main assembly line sections, according to the monthly work order plan, with an emphasis on dividing the work orders in quantities throughout the month, sufficient for 3 to 6 days of production work, and not issuing them as a total monthly quantity all at once. Follows up on work orders issued to the various manufacturing and assembly departments and the main assembly line through daily follow-up of disbursement and additions to them, following up on adding lost items and making the necessary replacements, and following up on the actual addition to the actual operating times in a timely manner, and there is continuous communication with production officials and warehouse officials in this regard until the close properly. Follows up the production movement, beginning with the dispensing of raw materials and components, passing through the various manufacturing stages, and ending with obtaining the finished product, taking into account working to participate in improving the process of raw materials, components, and semi-finished materials flow between the various production departments to avoid the occurrence of bottlenecks, by tracking the quantities of stock available in the production departments and the assembly line. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or mechtronics Engineering. 0-2 years of experience. Able to prioritize and manage projects and simultaneous issues skillfully. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with multifunctional/inter-departmental and virtual teams. Self-starter with strong organization and decision management skills.
