The Impact You'll Make Are you a student passionate about technology and eager to see how quality is built into real products? Your work will directly support our efforts to meet the upcoming Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) by helping us design and automate tests for our smart IoT devices. This is a unique opportunity to learn from industry experts, explore how AI is revolutionizing quality assurance, and see your contributions make a difference. This role also offers the potential to develop into a future internship, providing a clear path for growth. What You’ll Be Doing Help design and build our automated testing frameworks , integrating smart home devices using Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) setups Support our testing strategy by identifying edge cases and learning a risk-based approach to prioritize what gets automated Assist with integrating automated firmware tests into our CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality and rapid feedback Translate requirements and risk assessments into traceable test cases Learn to be a system detective , performing log analysis and investigate security-related findings and support mitigation efforts across hardware, firmware, cloud, and mobile applications Explore and apply AI tools to help create smarter test automation and learn how data can drive quality improvements What We're Looking For Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field A strong interest in software quality and test automation, with some project or coursework experience using Python and LabVIEW/TestStand test systems Familiarity with the concepts of CI/CD and a desire to learn how it applies to firmware testing Understanding of threat modeling and risk assessment principles and wireless communication protocols such as Zigbee, Matter, BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRaWAN, or similar An analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and root cause analysis Curiosity about leveraging AI to enhance test automation and data-driven quality improvements If you are a motivated student ready to gain practical experience and grow your skills, we encourage you to apply and help us build the future of smart, reliable technology. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
