What You’ll Be Doing Ensure product quality and reliability through ongoing, hands-on testing of new prototypes and items from the production line Take full ownership of our laboratory processes, driving continuous improvement projects and ensuring all equipment is calibrated and maintained to the highest standards Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Production, Engineering, and Quality , to prioritize testing schedules and swiftly resolve any product challenges Connect with our Global Laboratories network , sharing insights from our Sofia plant and aligning on best practices to elevate quality across all Danfoss sites Manage relationships with external partners for the calibration and maintenance of our specialized equipment, ensuring our lab operates at peak efficiency What We're Looking For We are looking for an engineer who can combine the discipline of daily testing with the drive to take initiative and bring new projects to life.
