The Impact You'll Make As a Senior Data Engineer - AI & Databricks , you will help shape how AI is adopted across Danfoss Climate Solutions, especially within our global sales organization. Working as part of a global team of data, analytics, and AI professionals, you will build and evolve a trusted, scalable, and well-governed Databricks platform that enables sales teams across multiple regions and functions to turn data into actionable insights. Your work will support use cases such as sales forecasting, pipeline visibility, and customer insights , helping teams make faster, data-driven decisions. By ensuring the platform is secure, high-quality, and continuously improving, you will enable reliable data products and Generative AI solutions that drive business value. Working closely with data engineers, analysts, product owners, and business stakeholders , you will help establish best practices and scale AI adoption across the organization. Success in this role means delivering trusted, AI-ready data products that strengthen governance, accelerate AI adoption, and support better business decisions.
