About the Role As a Senior After Sales Service Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth of Daikin's replacement solutions, including DX, VRV/VRF, and Chiller systems, across the assigned territory in Egypt. You will develop strong relationships with existing and new customers, identify replacement and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) opportunities, and deliver technical and commercial solutions that strengthen Daikin's market position. Working closely with internal teams, you will manage the complete sales cycle—from opportunity identification and technical proposals through negotiation, project execution, and customer satisfaction. How you will contribute Sales & Business Development Achieve annual sales targets for replacement projects across Daikin DX, VRV/VRF, and Chiller product portfolios. Identify, develop, and convert new replacement and service business opportunities within the assigned territory. Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, end users, facility management companies, and key decision-makers. Expand Daikin's Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) customer base through proactive business development. Actively follow up on Call Center-generated leads and convert opportunities into sales. Technical Sales Support Prepare equipment selections, technical proposals, and commercial quotations based on customer requirements. Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers, consultants, and stakeholders. Coordinate technical submittals and secure customer approvals. Provide customers with technically sound and commercially competitive HVAC solutions. Commercial & Project Management Lead commercial negotiations and secure direct customer orders. Review contractual terms, pricing, payment conditions, and credit requirements in accordance with company policies. Coordinate with logistics and internal departments to ensure timely project execution and delivery. Monitor project progress through completion and support customers throughout the project lifecycle. Follow up on outstanding payments and AMC collections to ensure healthy cash flow. Customer Relationship Management Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through regular customer visits and proactive communication. Develop long-term partnerships that generate repeat business and service opportunities. Support after-sales activities to strengthen customer loyalty and retention. Market Intelligence & Reporting Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, product developments, and emerging business opportunities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, sales opportunities, and project pipelines within CRM/DSM systems. Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and management reports. What you need to succeed Experience 3–5 years of sales experience within the HVAC industry. Proven experience selling replacement solutions involving DX, VRV/VRF, and Chiller systems. Demonstrated success in technical sales and business development. Established network with contractors, consultants, facility management companies, and end users within the Egyptian HVAC market. Experience in Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) sales is an advantage. Education Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline. MBA or postgraduate qualification is considered an advantage. Technical Competencies Strong technical knowledge of DX, VRV/VRF, Chiller, and HVAC applications. Ability to prepare equipment selections and technical proposals. Strong commercial awareness with experience negotiating contracts and commercial terms. Knowledge of SAP, CRM/DSM systems, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Language Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
