To provide customers with top quality service in order to establish a great experience according with Dolce & Gabbana philosophy and culture. • Interact with customers, take orders for drinks; • Plan and present bar menu; • Serve drinks to the customer; • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks; • Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations; • Ability to Sell or influence others for up selling and suggestive selling; • Provide recommendations and suggestions to guest for choosing drinks and Snacks; • Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner; • Maintain liquor inventory and consumption; • Prepare inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies; • Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for Mixing beverages and serving guests; • Stay customer focused and nurture an excellent customer experience. • Showing guests to tables during Bar service • Greeting and escorting guests with a professional and positive attitude • Oversea the flow of guests within the restaurant • Manage the reservations and shift of the team • Maintain ambience of restaurant – lighting, music, cleanliness, hygiene • Oversea and pro-actively deal with guest queries and complaints • Advising guests on menus & beverage choices • Checking and dealing with guests Special Occasion arrangements
