You will join an integration team as a technical leader responsible for driving integration strategy, designing complex solutions, and providing guidance to development teams. You will play a key role in shaping integration architecture, ensuring best practices, and delivering reliable enterprise integration services supporting critical business operations. Your tasks Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions using IBM Sterling Transformation Extender (ITX) Drive technical decisions related to IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE12) and messaging platforms Design, optimize, and support integrations based on IBM MQ Develop and review Python automation scripts Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members Define and promote integration and development best practices Oversee source code management and CI/CD processes using GitHub and Jenkins Resolve complex integration and production issues Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams Support integration architecture, solution governance, and technical roadmaps Your skills Expert knowledge of IBM Sterling Transformation Extender (ITX v11) Expert knowledge of IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE12) / IBM Message Broker Strong experience with IBM MQ Experience leading complex integration initiatives Experience with GitHub and Jenkins Experience with Python scripting Good Unix/Linux knowledge Strong SQL skills, preferably with DB2 Business-fluent English Availability for occasional business travel to Germany Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor team members Nice to have Experience in enterprise banking environments Knowledge of CI/CD best practices Experience with integration architecture and solution design Experience working with distributed international teams Experience defining technical standards and governance processes
