Your tasks Lead and coordinate projects, ensuring alignment between technical, production, and commercial requirements Manage serial, customer, and internal projects in cooperation with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers Plan, monitor, and control project timelines, budgets, resources, and overall progress Prepare project documentation, including change requests, status updates, and closure reports Drive implementation of serial changes and customer-related project activities Ensure regular project reporting and maintenance of planning and tracking tools Identify project risks, manage escalations, and support timely issue resolution Lead and support project teams through regular coordination and communication Coordinate resolution of technical and operational issues throughout the project lifecycle Your Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technical field Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within an industrial or automotive environment Good understanding of project management and product development processes Sound knowledge of electrical drive development and design Strong communication and coordination skills, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset Ability to assess risks, manage budgets, and support project controlling activities Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) With our Brose work environment, we offer you a modern working environment: The flexible office concept promotes a working atmosphere characterized by open communication and the greatest possible efficiency.
