Perform analyses, reconciliations, and validations of general ledger accounts. Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports . Lead the monthly and annual close , meeting deadlines and ensuring the accuracy of deliverables. Monitor and interpret changes in accounting and tax legislation , assessing impacts and supporting required adjustments. Provide support to internal areas (e.g., Tax, Controlling, FP&A, Audit ) in technical discussions and in understanding the accounting impacts of operations. Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation, ensuring traceability, compliance, and support for internal/external audits . Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of accounting records with applicable standards and current legislation. Propose and implement process and internal control improvements , aiming for efficiency, risk reduction, and standardization. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (completed). Preferred: English and Spanish. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial/manufacturing companies. What is your chance?
