About the Role: We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented After Sales Analyst to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work in an international automotive environment, collaborating with engineering, product management, pricing, and after-sales teams to support strategic service programs. Responsabilities: Collect, consolidate, and manage After Sales data like service contract, repair methods, diagnostics etc. Analyze after-sales performance data and customer service information to identify trends and offer technical support. Develop dashboards and reports to support management decisions. Monitor warranty claims, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer retention. Conduct root-cause analyses and recommend corrective actions for recurring issues. Offer support for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning for after-sales operations. Deliver actionable insights that enhance customer experience and reduce service costs.
