Your role: As a Junior Software Developer (m/f/d) in our Fast-Track-Program, we will train you for 18 months in various teams within Digital Commerce to become an experienced developer (m/f/d) with a lot of practical experience In the first semester, the focus is on back-end development in our Team Checkout or Marketplace Platform – in the following semesters, you will expand your knowledge in additional frameworks You will gradually grow into your role, take on increasingly challenging tasks, and support exciting projects in an agile environment One day a week is dedicated to developing your technical skills through online courses, cloud technologies (GCP), and agile working methods (e.g., Scrum, OKR) Throughout the program, mentors and experienced engineers (m/f/d) are always available to support you with your tasks as part of on-the-job training After completing the Fast-Track-Program, we look forward to integrating you as a team member in one of our 25 cross-functional product teams Your profile: Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics or Computer Science. Alternatively, you have a comparable qualification, e.g., as an IT specialist (m/f/d) with professional experience Initial practical programming experience as a Junior Software Developer (m/f/d) with Go You are eager to learn additional programming languages and frameworks beyond those you already know Strong enthusiasm for your own development through the offered training options Passion for creative, elegant solutions and the ability to independently deliver testable, maintainable, and high-quality code You are a communicative team player and appreciate an international working environment Our offer: Good together.
