Position Summary As a Customer Service Representative I, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers and business partners, providing professional support via phone and email. You will assist with customer inquiries, process orders, coordinate delivery requests, and work closely with internal departments to ensure outstanding customer experience. This role offers valuable exposure to customer service operations, sales support, and business systems while providing opportunities for professional growth. This role is hybrid and the standard working hours will be 8:00 a.m to 4:30 p.m. EST. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email. Process customer orders accurately and verify order information for completeness. Coordinate expedited deliveries and support customer order management activities. Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve inquiries and issues. Analyze and respond to order status requests, open order reports, quotations, and performance reports. Process return material authorizations (RMAs), sample requests, stock rotations, and related customer service documentation. Prepare reports, charts, and data to support sales and customer service activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer agreements. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Continued education, vocational training, or professional development is highly desirable. Experience 0 to 3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, technical support, electronics, or a related business environment preferred. Internship or customer-facing experience is a plus. Skills & Competencies Strong customer service orientation and commitment to deliver exceptional support. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management at all levels. Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. SAP experience is a plus.
