Join Aftersales Customer Support, where customer service and automotive expertise come together to support key post-sales processes and the dealer network. What awaits you? Customer complaints, claims and inquiries management – processing complaints, warranty claims, technical reports and customer inquiries, ensuring timely and consistent communication. Formal documentation and official correspondence – drafting responses to courts and public institutions, preparing required documents and notifications in line with procedures. Technical activities, service campaigns and dealer communication – publishing and monitoring technical campaigns, coordinating with the dealer network and supporting information flow. Operational, sales and warranty reporting – preparing reports, Excel analyses and summaries, analysing sales data, identifying trends and monitoring performance. Dealer performance, warranty support and cooperation – monitoring targets, supporting sales programs, coordinating warranty parts analysis and cooperating with dealers, customers and internal departments. What should you bring along? Student status and availability – ideally in technical, automotive, logistics, business or related studies, available to work approx. 30–40 hours per week. Attention to detail and organizational skills – accuracy in preparing documentation, reports and official correspondence, while managing multiple cases and deadlines. MS Office and analytical skills – good knowledge of Excel for preparing warranty reports, analyses and operational summaries. Language and communication skills – fluent Polish and good command of English for cooperation with BMW AG, dealers, internal departments and external institutions. Interest and proactive attitude – interest in the automotive industry, Aftersales and warranty topics, combined with willingness to learn internal systems, procedures and dealer network processes.
