At BMW Group - Financial Services Hellas, we are seeking a Leasing Sales Area Manager who will be responsible for driving business growth by increasing direct sales and enhancing sales performance through the dealer network within the assigned territory. The role requires close monitoring of market trends, competitor activities, and dealer performance to identify opportunities and implement strategies that improve leasing penetration, profitability, and overall sales results. What awaits you? Develop and implement strategies to grow direct leasing sales in the assigned area. Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and market growth potential. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Strengthen dealer relationships and support the expansion of the dealer network. Support dealers with sales initiatives, product knowledge, and leasing solutions. Monitor dealer performance and implement actions to increase leasing volumes. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Prepare business proposals, sales forecasts, business reviews, and management reports. Recommend improvements to sales processes, pricing, campaigns, and customer acquisition. Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and partners while resolving commercial issues. What should you bring along? Bachelor's degree in manafement, business administration or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in leasing, automotive finance, sales management, or a related industry. Extensive knowledge on Leasing business will be considerred a strong plus. Strong analytical and commercial skills with the ability to evaluate market opportunities and competitor activities. Excellent negotiation skills High organizational and management skills Strong process orientation Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
