As our Business Transformation Manager , you’ll support HID’s success by: Strategic Alignment & Execution Support execution of the SDI strategic roadmap and associated business priorities Translate strategic objectives into actionable programs, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes Align SDI transformation initiatives with the broader Secure Issuance strategic direction Partner closely with the Secure Issuance Strategy organization to ensure consistency and alignment of priorities Establish governance structures, milestone tracking, and executive reporting mechanisms Monitor business performance against strategic objectives and OKRs Business Transformation Lead complex cross-functional transformation initiatives across Operations, Engineering, Finance, HR, IT, Sales, Marketing, and Service functions Drive organizational alignment, process optimization, and adoption of new ways of working Develop and execute change management and communication plans to support successful implementation Ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable business value and sustainable results Facilitate collaboration across business units, regions, and functional teams Acquisition Integration & Growth Initiatives Lead integration planning and execution activities associated with acquired businesses, strategic partnerships, and other growth initiatives Coordinate cross-functional integration workstreams including Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Engineering, Sales, Service, and Marketing Develop integration roadmaps, governance structures, synergy tracking, and value-realization plans Drive organizational alignment while operating within regulatory, customer, contractual, security, or operational constraints Support acquisition evaluations through business case development, due diligence activities, and transition planning Capture and institutionalize integration best practices to establish a repeatable SDI integration framework for future growth opportunities Operational Excellence & Organizational Development Identify and implement opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, collaboration models, and operational performance Support harmonization of processes, systems, and ways of working across the SDI organization Facilitate implementation of scalable operating models that support business growth Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across teams and locations Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Build strong partnerships with executive leadership, functional leaders, and operational teams Prepare executive presentations, business reviews, and strategic communications Lead steering committees, workshops, governance meetings, and transformation reviews Drive employee engagement and alignment around strategic priorities and organizational changes Primary Duties Act as a trusted advisor to the VP, Head of SDI on transformation, integration, and strategic execution initiatives Serve as the central coordinator for major cross-functional transformation programs Drive accountability across strategic workstreams and business initiatives Ensure visibility of risks, dependencies, decisions, and actions across leadership teams Support future growth initiatives and organizational evolution across the SDI portfolio Maintain strong alignment with the Secure Issuance Strategy organization while focusing on dedicated SDI priorities and execution Your Experience and Background include: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or a related field Minimum 7 years of experience in transformation, program management, operations leadership, consulting, corporate development, or business strategy execution Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional business initiatives Experience managing organizational change and stakeholder engagement Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills Ability to operate effectively within international and multicultural environments Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 40% Preferred Qualifications : MBA or equivalent advanced degree Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, business integrations, or corporate development initiatives Experience in manufacturing, technology, identity, security, government, or other highly regulated industries Familiarity with change management methodologies and integration frameworks Experience operating within a global matrix organization What we can offer you: Competitive salary and rewards package Competitive benefits and annual leave offering, allowing for work-life balance A vibrant, welcoming & inclusive culture Extensive career development opportunities and resources to maximize your potential To be a part of a global organization that is pioneering the hardware, software and services that allow people to confidently navigate the physical and digital worlds Why apply?
