Position Summary: Join our team as an Agentic AI Engineer. You will design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents that reason, plan, and execute complex tasks across business and technical domains. This role spans the full lifecycle—from requirement discovery and architecture to development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimization. You will work on production-grade agentic systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), tightly integrated with enterprise tools, APIs, and data sources. In addition to strong engineering skills, this role requires a product mindset —partnering with business stakeholders to shape use cases, select appropriate agentic tools and frameworks, and translate user needs into scalable technical solutions. Responsibilities : Architect, design, and develop agentic AI systems (e.g., ReAct, Plan-and-Execute, tool-using agents, multi-agent orchestration) Evaluate, select, and standardize agentic frameworks, LLMs, and tooling based on use case fit, scalability, cost, and governance considerations Act as a technical product owner for agentic solutions : collect user and business requirements, clarify problem statements, and translate them into system designs and implementation plans Partner closely with business stakeholders to define agent behavior, success criteria, and adoption metrics Build LLM-powered applications using modern foundation models and enterprise-grade APIs Design and implement prompt strategies, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and agent memory (short-term and long-term) Integrate agents with internal systems, external APIs, tools, and workflows Deploy agentic systems into production environments with monitoring, logging, evaluation, and continuous improvement loops Implement guardrails for safety, security, compliance, and hallucination mitigation Collaborate with developers, data teams, product owners, and IT governance stakeholders Rapidly prototype, validate, and scale high-impact AI solutions from proof-of-concept to production Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience 3+ years of professional software development experience Strong proficiency in Python (required) Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and agentic frameworks Solid understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, semantic search, RAG, and backend/API design Experience integrating AI systems into production applications Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Experience evaluating and selecting AI/agent tooling for enterprise use cases Understanding of multi-agent coordination patterns Familiarity with LLM/agent evaluation frameworks Exposure to AI security, privacy, and compliance considerations Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Experience building AI solutions for internal or enterprise business users As part of our total rewards philosophy, we believe in offering and maintaining competitive compensation and benefits programs for our employees in order to attract and retain a talented, highly engaged workforce. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
