Job Summary We have an excellent opportunity for a driven and experienced candidate to join a world-class business in the role of Marketing Manager. The location can be either Utrecht, the Netherlands or Groot-Bijgaarden, Belgium. Eventual travel within our France and Benelux Market, primarily in Benelux (maximum 20% of the working time), might be required. What you will do As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for driving Marketing activities within France & Benelux. You will work with customers to further drive Tetra Pak’s business by deploying a marketing services program as suitable per customer around Portfolio Deployment, Sustainability, and Communication. Your key stakeholders will be Sales, Marketing, Communication, Sustainability, Global & European colleagues, as well as Marketing Directors and Managers of customers, as well as Marketing and communication agency suppliers. Please note that this role does not involve people management responsibilities; instead, it is primarily an operational position with transversal management aspects. Responsibilities: Pillar #1: Growth with existing & new customers Participate in the development of the Market Business Plan based on analysis of the market covering the entire value chain in identified priority categories. Participate in identifying market growth initiatives aligned with the cluster Europe & Central Asia growth strategy, deploy and execute initiatives. Identify new product requirements based on value chain needs in key categories. Champion these requirements with the team and the Regional/Central Product organization. Work closely with customers to secure alignment and deliver best customer value incl. marketing services for key customers. Manage Market Promotional Investment for all marketing activities spent and follow up and control by rules and processes. Pillar #2: Sustainability Participate and lead specific cross-border projects and meetings within France & Benelux around the topic of sustainability. Contribute to sustainable portfolio deployment throughout our 3 businesses : Packaging, Processing and Services. Pillar#3: Drive lead generation, conversion and opportunity management Participate in Marketing lead generation and management, through customer interactions and marketing automation related activities. Monitor business pipeline to reach 3Y ambition in defined growth initiatives. We believe you have At least 3-5 years of Marketing Experience, preferably gained as a product or sales or marketing manager, within a company where sustainability is essential. You have experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing and your understanding of the FMCG marketing principles counts as a big plus. Education-wise, you are fully trained and have obtained a university/college degree or MBA or equivalent qualification in the Marketing discipline. You are fully fluent in English and Dutch. Your computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is sufficient for the role. As a character, you are energetic, resilient, and have and have a curious mind. You understand the importance of strategic work and take ownership of valuable management and execution of projects. You have strong communication skills, equally adaptable in written/verbal communication and presentation situations. You can engage people on all levels, and you are strong in stakeholder management. You can demonstrate strength in analyzing data and formulating recommendations. Your strong project management skills can help you to effectively support the organization in achieving business targets. You will be visiting customers, primarily in France & Benelux. Some travel expected to Italy and Sweden. Finally, sustainability is important for you on all levels.
