Job Summary The Printing Process Manager is responsible for leading printing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production of packaging materials. The role focuses on process optimization, quality compliance, team development, and continuous improvement to achieve business objectives. This position will be based in Binh Duong factory What you will do As a Process Cell Manager Pre Press & Printing you will: Manage daily printing operations to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost targets. Ensure consistent print quality, color accuracy, and process stability. Drive OEE improvement, waste reduction, and productivity enhancement initiatives. Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality and production issues. Collaborate with Maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and performance. Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, environmental, and HSE standards. Develop and coach printing engineers, supervisors, and operators. Support new product introductions, technology upgrades, and process improvements. Increase the team engagement We believe you have Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, or related field. 8+ years of manufacturing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of printing processes (Flexographic), quality systems, and Lean Manufacturing. Experience in packaging or food-contact material manufacturing preferred.
