Key Responsibilities Provide basic legal support for comprehensive corporate management and daily business operations. Draft legal documents to support internal business needs. Assist in collecting and compiling evidence for various litigation and legal dispute matters. Support the management and protection of confidential company information. Handle administrative work related to intellectual property management. Education, Professional Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Law. Minimum 3 years of in-house legal experience. Litigation experience in a law firm is preferred. Bar admission in the PRC. CET-6 English level, or ability to use English as a working language. Ability to read English legal documents and possess basic English drafting skills.
